This is one of the classic indy fueds of the 90s. I suggest any young guys to check their series of matchs. Also if you can find the East Coast Invasion which feature these two guys plus Lance Diamond. Also if you can find any Black Shirt Squad match view them that trio was the top of the indy scene during the 90s.

That was a great match!! I really liked Don Montoya's work and had heard of him but never seen much of him before.. I will definitely be doing some homework... And I have always been a fan of Tom Carter.. His match vs Sedrick Strong was amazing!

Reckless Youth and Don Montoya wrestled for me in IPW back in the day and they were always top notch talents. Reckless Youth was also the winner of the very first Jeff Peterson Memorial Cup. If I am not mistaken Montoya wrestled Barry Horowitz on an IPW show in a great match but Jake might remember the details better than I do.

I actually have the Don Montoya match on tape somewhere. Also can't forget third member of the Black Shirt Squad, Mike Quackenbush.

You know I always loved Quacky and his 3 way ladder match in Crystal River against Jet Jaguar and Jeff Peterson is still one of my favorite matches of all time. Quackenbush even had a long story about my dog Yoda in his book talking about the time he crashed at my house and accidentally let my dog out and then had to run around the neighborhood in a towel trying to catch Yoda. Good times indeed.
