Ricky, Damien is actually pretty damn good with the hardcore style. Probably one of the best i've seen... he just needs to bulk up a bit and play to his strengths.
As I like to say... Practice Practice Practice!

Practice Practice Practice! The Hardcore style? Come on now Carl, there ain't nothing to smacking someone with a fucking garbage can, or a ddt on a chair... It's about the fundamentals, which he is lacking.. Not knocking on him, but if your gonna get in the ring and play wrestler, know your basics for the love of GOD..

Now I could talk smack. and believe me , I can talk smack, but then again I can also back it up. So no worries.. I am just looking at it from a fans perspective.....

It sounds alot like it. And your "constructive outside odservation " sound like you think you can to do it better so you want to shit on him even though you have never meet him or even been in the ring with. Damien Rezzner can work and he does the hardcore style better then a lot of guys i have seen in years. With this hardcore style that you say there's nothing to hitting someone with a garbage can or a chair, would you tell the guys who work that style that there not wrestlers, would you tell Snow that there's no skill to doing that style.I think for your comments to come off how you think they're. You shouldn't use phases like "PLEASE TELL YOU HE DOESNT WRESTLE THERE!!!"or " but if your gonna get in the ring and play wrestler, know your basics for the love of GOD". Now I wont say I'm perfect but the day you have nothing left to learn in that ring is the day you need to quit.

You are simply misconstruing the words that are coming out of my mouth. I never said that guys who work that style are not wrestlers.. There are guys out there that are great wrestlers that do harcore, but the difference is , they aren't using hardcore things in every single part of the match. They use it when the time is right.. Guys like Snow(who is one of my closest friends) and Ray Beez(who we have beaten each other up alot), do the hardcore, but they also tell a story... and know when they need to throw in some stop signs, or garbage cans, and whatnot. I'm not downing Rezzner, I have just not seen him enough to see what he's got.. Which I hope to see on the 20th.. And if he proves me wrong, then I will give him his props.. And I wholeheartedly agree with you that the day you think you have nothing left to learn in the ring, is the day you quit. Because there is plenty to learn not only in the ring, but by picking the vets brains.. You should know, look who your dad is.... So don't get bent out of shape Austin, your a nice kid.. It is simply and observation.. That's all.

Oh... this whole Ricky vs Austin thing...
This... THIS... is why I sugar coat things as much as I do.
I don't wrestle, but I've been around (and in) this business a long time. I think NFW is coming along nicely and the effort to make it a top notch show is certainly there.
That being said, there are some guys on the roster who will benefit greatly from having as many matches as they can and listening to what other people are offering.
Remember... the more UNSOLICITED advice you are given means you have more POTENTIAL.
When someone gives you NOTHING... it's because you will be NOTHING.
I think every single one of the original NFW guys has the talent to put on great shows... they just need to know their limitations... not put limitations on their knowledge!

Yeah they all have great heart for the business, and some have great respect for the business.

NFW is a rare breed and anyone who bashes those of us involved are just taking shots. NFW is the first locker room that is almost completely filled with a friendly atmosphere and is probably the first show I ever have been around where the booking is made for the fans and not based on who feels they deserve more or what is popular among the boys. Everyone there has a great deal of respect for each other and the business and you will almost 98% of the time never encounter any drama in that locker room of any kind.
